Introduction to Axis Replay:

Axis Replay is an entertainment and event facility for video games and eSports located in Atlanta. Our unique facility allows for small to medium sized eSports and high-tech conference events.

Axis Replay is building a social gaming club in Atlanta that will connect gamers, eSports enthusiasts, and tech industry professionals.

Major Goals:

In order to achieve our goals, we need dedicated sales professionals like you! This is your opportunity to combine your passion for eSports with your ability and desire to sell. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members, and selling renewals and upgrades to current Axis Replay members.

  • Identify prospective new members and determine the goals, wants and needs of the prospective member.
  • Enroll the prospective member on the most appropriate membership
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  • Follows up on all prospects.
  • Conducts tours
  • Conducts telephone inquiries
  • Establishes and maintains a referral program

Hardest Part of the Job:

  • Balancing multiple demands of the position
  • Dealing with potentially dissatisfied customers.
  • Remind customers about upgrade options and special event opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office
  • Effective verbal and written interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with various socioeconomic backgrounds and age specific populations
  • Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales of an acceptable number of units per month
  • Requires the ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday
  • Occasional nights/weekends for special events.
