JOB DESCRIPTION

Esports Attendant

The Esports Attendant is the face and voice of our brand through daily interaction with and service of our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary accountability is to provide 5-star experiences for customers of a recreational technical center for esports and video games.
  • Provide customer service for customers, members, and their friends.
  • Provide troubleshooting / IT assistance for customers, members, and their friends.
  • Provide content production assistance, including but not limited to; event production, streaming production, and social media content.
  • Perform Tournament Organizer duties for in-house tournament events.
  • Share social media and communication hype to align with marketing strategies.
  • Answer Phones.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and gaming communities.
  • Assist with daily cleaning, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Following and executing objectives in line with the AXR Core Values.
  • Operate cash register and ensure that cash is properly accounted for in the registers.
  • Assist sales staff in selling memberships, events and other products.
  • Provide tours to prospective members and customers.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General working hours are 10 - 15 hours weekly with limited absences/tardiness. Hours aren't guaranteed.
  • Delivering on all Axis Replay principles, vision, and mission.
  • Appropriate casual attire.
  • Comply with the Employee Handbook.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to pass a background check when implemented.
  • Ability to pass a drug test when implemented.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
