Position Overview:
We’re looking for a new marketing team player to share our passion for technology & innovation and help us deliver the incredible in everything we do in marketing.
Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, you will play an active role in developing digital marketing plans and campaign ideas in worldwide top-three consumer notebook brand to make an impact and support the department for the marketing related aspects.
Work tasks:
Your primary tasks include:
- Coordinate execution of Digital marketing activities for new launch & ongoing product categories
- Preparing the Digital Marketing budget by determining the targets, submitting the approvals based on SOP, monitoring and reporting the realizations of the budget and targets
- Determining, submitting and managing the Digital Performance Marketing strategy (including SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, personalization, retargeting, affiliate, email / SMS)
- Support the creation of Customer Funnel analytics to drive successful ROI and overall marketing effectiveness
- To make brand promotion plans with the marketing team in online channels and ensure the websites are prepared to convey the brand message
- Evaluating strategy and campaign plans in meetings with the Marketing and Category Management team
- Oversee the social media strategy, content production and media approach for social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Lead all content production for multiple social channels
- Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving digital campaigns
- Managing new customer and new member recruitment efforts; To ensure that sales increasing campaign plans are designed and implemented
- Contributing to the implementation and adaptation of regional company strategies, sales and function (online sales management, digital marketing, brand omni-channel, etc.) strategies, policies and procedures
- Development of CRM management and sales tools for asus.com/tr
- Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager
Qualifications and background:
- University degree in relevant field
- Excellent level in English both written and spoken
- Min. 3 years of marketing experience in digital media, content creation and agency management, preferably in IT sector
- Extensive and up-to date knowledge of SEM / SEO, Web Marketing, Social Media, E-mail, E-commerce, high level planning & understanding the usage of related platforms, processes, governance, agency management, optimization and reporting
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment
- Having strong presentation and communication skills and being a good team player
- Solution focused and proactive
- Having valid driving license
- Preferably living in Istanbul Asia side
