Description

Assist the sales team by generating reports, data analysis, consolidating shipment information, product allocation, order processing, and various tasks assigned by the manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle the needs of sales representatives and North American customer accounts
  • Check on customer orders, prices, and process
  • Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns
  • Generate and prepare weekly customer allocation reports
  • Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely deliver
  • Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing
  • Process sales credit and/or sales order adjustments
  • Setup new customer addresses for shipping
  • Provide weekly backorder list for planning
  • Attend customer and sales weekly meetings as planned

Required Knowledge, Years of Education, Work Experience, Skill Sets, and/or Certification:

  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace and changing environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Works well individually and with cross-functional teams

  • Working in an office environment, requiring sitting for extended periods of time
