What are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious, passionate individuals who can join our mission to helping Teams/Orgs to become big. We are looking for someone who has the knowledge of business development and someone who is ready to run a new company. The COO/President has 18% of the company and can control with the Head-Management the full company.

What you will do?

• You will build and manage the strategic business plan
• Develop the business and help to grow up the business
• Manage the Team behind AstroWeb
• Test and develop new paid and performance strategies to grow our customer base
• Collaborate with our Marketing Team to create new Marketing strategies
• Establish effective decision-making processes that will enable long term and short-term goals and objectives
• Provide regular, high quality, accurate, and timely management information, reports and analysis as required and ensure our business conforms to both country and regional laws and regulations

Your qualifications?

• Passion for video games or esports is a MUST
• experience about Business development
• ever founded a company (not a must)
• Fluent in German OR English - both would be ideal.
• Knowledge or experience with influencers, primarily on YouTube, Twitch, or Instagram.
• A strong bias towards action and development.
