We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Office Manager to join Anzu’s team on a full-time basis. As the Office Manager, you will lead the organization of the office setup and processes, liaise between internal and external stakeholders and ensure the smooth functioning of the place to maintain office efficiency. If you are a self-driven go-getter who takes an active interest in making sure the company runs like a well-oiled machine, can create systematic procedures, and develop a pleasant work environment, we are looking for you!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Manage all of the administration aspects of the company
  • Maintain office efficiency by ensuring the office is equipped at all times, coordinate vendors and coordinate the planning of the office infrastructure
  • Oversee any employee travel arrangements

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE PART OF ANZU?
