Responsibilities

(include, without limitation, the following)

  • Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required
  • Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
  • Ability to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with our company
  • Developing rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
  • Candidate will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting innovative solutions and services to clients
  • Ability to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive solution
  • Arranging and participating in internal and external client debriefs
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and our company's leaders
  • Attendance to industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and ability to provide feedback and information on market and trends
  • Ability to present and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required

Qualifications and/or Experience

  • > 4 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
