Component Sales Manager - IBERIA
The Role:
We are looking for our next team member to lead our Iberia region further developing our component channel CPU and GPU business across consumer and commercial segments, identifying growth opportunities and building a robust team.

- Strong leader with a proven track record within the component channel business

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose:
- Build a robust team
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and increase profitability of channel business
- Develop, negotiate, and close strategic deals that drive significant sales growth in accounts.
- Build quarterly business plan including sell in and sell out targets for each partner.
- Lead the current sales cycle with key distributors and partners including monthly/quarterly business reviews and action planning.
- Further develop AMD's commercial and workstation business
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall CPU and GPU share growth within Iberia
- Maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Achieve assigned quarterly targets for profitable sales revenue, volume and strategic objectives.
- Manage account resource and daily activities: Price/supply/forecast/Marketing Funding/Support
- Develop account strategy and business plan, co-work with internal team (Sales/FAE/Marketing and BU) to win business/product line/share etc.
- Effectively lead the overall market and build a healthy ecosystem for AMD products
- Plan and execute quarterly demand generation activities in the region
- Educate clients on product information including roadmap, function, specifications, benchmark and developments in product design.
- Navigate the competitive landscape developing and executing on strategies to ensure market leadership across consumer/commercial
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in similar sales-related positions.
- Experience and knowledge of key account inner organization to work with the influencers, blockers, and decision makers.
Academic Credentials:
Degree or equivalent experience
