Help saving the environment while playing

We’re a small mobile marketing agency coming from the startup world - now on the verge of enriching it with our own “save-the-world” mobile app.

Environmental awareness always had the most special place in our hearts: it’s part of our daily conversations as well as how and where we donate a specified amount of our profits.

The sustainability of our environment is in “our” hands - and we as marketers have the chance and ability to move masses in the right direction. This is where YOU can come into the picture.

About The Job

We are looking for an iOS Game Developer / CTO with great passion for the environment as well as for mobile games of course.

It is totally up to you if you’d like to become CTO and later on lead a team of developers, OR would like to keep your spot as the developer ninja of our startup and build an incredible company & app with us - from the ground up.

You’ll develop the MVP of the game while we take care of the rest - mainly raising investments, researching the market and preparing marketing activities to be in place by the time of launch (eg. go-to-market strategy / pre-launch campaign etc.) Later on you’ll help grow the dev team, shape the product and of course, improve the app based on research and user needs.

You’ll be part of the founding team, meaning you’ll be involved in ALL major decisions!

Location

Applying to this role is not tied to any location. We’re working remotely with apps all around the globe, and this won’t be otherwise with you too.

Must-have Requirements

  • iOS game development / 1+ years experience
  • Passion for helping the world and the environment
  • Fluent English

Highly Desirable Qualities

  • Passion for saving the environment, love for nature and mindfulness
  • Ability to drive work forward with minimal supervision, highly motivated
  • An entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take risk
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with rapid development expectations reflecting on user needs
  • A love for solving problems end-to-end, logical, analytical, and creative approach
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, able to work with CEO and UX designers and others
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, timely, direct and taking responsibilities
  • A kind, fun and humble teammate

Compensation

Joining us from the start, your primary motivation is a percentage of the profits and you’d be expected to start working pre-funding in your free time without a salary.

If that’s not suitable for you, let’s still connect and have a talk - we might still find a way to work together in the future post-funding (considering you’re just as a fanatic of saving the environment as we are, yet you cannot afford to work for free which we can totally understand).
