Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • 3-4 years in business development, consulting, product management, and/or account management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office tools.

In this role, you will support the Twitch Prime Content and Partnerships team to optimize the delivery of content to our customers. Working closely with business development, program management, finance and solution architects across Twitch Prime, this individual will be responsible for creating processes that maximize the efficiency of launching content offers. The ideal candidate has solid business judgment, track record of successful cross-functional project management in a complex environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Development team to create and manage invoicing across internal and external teams
  • Drive adoption for new key initiatives via internal tracking tools and work with Business Development to ensure timelines are met
  • Identify and create new internal processes to improve the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team
  • Spearhead bigger team initiatives across other departments, such as the creation of new pitch materials for the Business Development team
  • Work closely with event and marketing teams to coordinate developer meetings
  • Manage relationship with localization team and agencies for document translations (KR, CH, JP) and live meeting interpretations
  • Work with and Salesforce, Jira/Confluence and other reporting tools to provide timely information and reports across teams.
  • Create documents for weekly BD team meetings and updates for broader organization of team’s successes/highlights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Tableau and Jira/Confluence and plus.
  • Experienced in launching new products and/or projects
  • Experience in the video game industry strongly preferred
