We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our diverse and experienced product and technology team in Seattle. You will work with product managers and developers to create the interaction flows, visual style, and assets to create next generation experiences for game services and tools. Our team’s mission is to help game developers build, scale, and operate games on massive scales.

The ideal candidate has experience in UX for software as a service, with strong ideation skills, robust holistic systems thinking, attention to detail, and passion for making difficult tasks into simple and delightful experiences for customers.

Collaboration with partner teams and product ownership is essential, requiring you to be a great communicator, and successfully present and align the service and user experience. Additionally, you must be able to work with ambiguity and deliver designs that elevate the customer experience as a whole.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related roles
  • 2+ years of experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames for complex web applications
  • Fluency in best practices for web design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for games and game services
  • Past experience in designing UX for cloud services.
  • Ability to create lightweight prototypes to test ideas.
  • Experience creating and maintaining on a style guide or design system
  • Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
