You will focus in the areas of driving technical candidate generation strategies, screening & preparing candidates, partnering with internal business clients, setting benchmarks & tracking against metrics to meet client service level agreements, and ensuring excellence throughout the candidate experience. You will also play a critical role in talent acquisition process improvement and strategy development for your internal client Amazon Game Studios (AGS). You must be able to successfully manage talent searches on a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, as well as possess deep negotiation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

3+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience including including sourcing SDEs and Boolean search methods
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Current/Past work experience in the Gaming Industry or strong knowledge of Gaming
Demonstrable record of results in recruiting, setting benchmarks and tracking performance metrics
Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Evidence of seeking new sourcing options, and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the internal customer/client.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Self-sufficient and able to work with autonomy
Preferred locations include New York, San Diego, Irvine, and Seattle
The base pay range for this position in New York City is $79,200-$138,700/yr ; and for Colorado is $72,000 - $126,100/yr. However, pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
