Amazon Games is seeking a Marketing Localization Producer & Asset Manager. This is an integral role that drives localization, finishing, and distribution of marketing assets. The Marketing Localization Producer & Asset Manager will coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to localize content, archive and distribute digital assets, and publish material for a global audience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Receive and manage localization requests, and coordinate with localization agencies and vendors
  • Build and improve localization processes, tools, and resources
  • Track localization timelines and progress, flagging any potential concerns for project deadlines with stakeholders while working to resolve issues
  • Lead weekly calls with localization agencies
  • Support brand social channel localization needs
  • Support Editorial with website and article localization
  • Maintain file organization, archiving, and permissions on digital asset management tools (Box, S3, Canto, etc.)
  • Granting user access to digital asset management tools, both internal and external
  • Send materials for regulatory review and approval
  • Deliver files to stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Request thumbnails and descriptions for YouTube uploads
  • Upload and publish media on YouTube and maintain the channels
  • Support occasional on-site events including trade shows, filming, etc.
  • Route asset inquiries from cross functional teams to the applicable resources and update stakeholders on statuses


  • 3+ years experience working with localization teams/vendors
  • 3+ years experience administering DAM tools and running asset management programs for creative or marketing organizations


  • Experience in a high volume digital marketing organization supporting multiple games
  • Understanding of security standards, requirements and protocols for high-profile pre-release content
  • Experience with project management tools (Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency of wide array of media asset types and digital transport mechanisms
  • Self-motivated to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience with organizing a large amount of files, large file transfers, and file naming conventions
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
  • Familiarity with post-production and localization workflows and terminology
  • Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and asset management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with demanding deadlines
  • Familiarity with foreign languages is a plus, but not essential to succeed in this role
