We are looking for a Head of Production to join our Game Studios leadership team. You will lead a team of Producers and work with game development teams and key stakeholders to develop and manage our production processes and bring to market our portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with adjacent businesses to identify synergies and build a vibrant culture for our teams as you shape production strategies, provide mentorship, and help solve creative challenges that enable us to deliver the best games in the industry.

We believe that games will produce some of the future’s most influential voices in media and art. You are an enthusiastic optimist who enjoys pioneering into unknown frontiers. You are passionate about developing others in their careers while preserving a keen appreciation for the importance of rolling up your sleeves when appropriate. You have demonstrated experience in building inventive and successful games, and thoughtfully informed ideas about where the games industry is going and how future games will be built, published, and operated.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the continuous improvement of our Game Publishing Framework, processes and best practices
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across development, marketing, and publishing teams to establish project goals, milestones, and gates
  • Meet timelines for multiple concurrent projects that interface with all levels within the organization, while being flexible to changing business and technical conditions
  • Purposely focus on long-term strategy, as well as efficient planning and delivery, to ensure we achieve operational excellence
  • Systematically investigate complex problems and apply your knowledge of Games as a Service
  • Work with international, cross continent teams

  • Passionate gamer with in-depth knowledge of live-service and games-at-scale
  • Experience in managing a team of Producers and collaborating across disciplines
  • Leadership in evaluating, understanding and integrating various production methods and approaches
  • Delivered products on multiple gaming platform, including consoles, mobile and PC
  • Enthusiasm for taking initiative and producing results
  • Proficiency as a production architect, including the ability to design new approaches where needed
