THE ROLE

  • Monitor, measure, and improve system stability and developer iteration time
  • Leverage AWS-based solutions that will solve the needs of the game development, publishing, customer service, and live operations teams
  • Design, Develop and maintain automated scale test systems and services, assisting game team with feature specific scale testing.
  • Be a champion for players and developers: Insist on the highest standards, drive to operational excellence, help create functional and engaging customer centric features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in network server/services programming
  • 1+ years experience in coding automated game-play scale test systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A passion for video games
  • Game industry experience working on multiplayer PC games
  • Good communication skills
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
