Job Description

If you are challenged to

• Take the lead to manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process
• Utilizing a variety of sources including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, internet recruitment, and social networking
• Partnering with the hiring manager to define the talent requirements
• Actively building the talent database for future hiring needs
• Lead the initiative to be able to compete in the market (mobile games industry)
• Operate in the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and current applicant's status

Qualifications

If you are having these qualifications

• Bachelor degree and have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field
• Experience in recruitment consultant will be plus point
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English
• Good communication skills to all level of stakeholder
• Active player of a casual mobile game or interested to explore the mobile games industry
• Initiative and detail-oriented person
