Air Drop Crates is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and creative sales manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing the sales team’s full potential. In doing so you will resolve customer questions and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Hit sales revenue targets.
- Help recruit more sales representatives.
- Manage sales team.
- Generate new leads.
- Keep in contact with current clients.
- Craft strategic sale plans.
- Construct long-lasting relationships with the customer.
- Stay up to date with the latest events, subscription themes, and item releases to help inform clients.
- Learn the prices and products to help assist clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Previous Sales Experience.
- Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and drive sales from start to finish.
- Time Management Skills.
- Management skills; Monitor and teach sales plan.
- Strong business sense and knowledge within the gaming/esports industry.
- Organizational Skills.
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Discord, Twitter, etc)
