Air Drop Crates is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and creative sales manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing the sales team’s full potential. In doing so you will resolve customer questions and achieve revenue growth targets.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Hit sales revenue targets.
  • Help recruit more sales representatives.
  • Manage sales team.
  • Generate new leads.
  • Keep in contact with current clients.
  • Craft strategic sale plans.
  • Construct long-lasting relationships with the customer.
  • Stay up to date with the latest events, subscription themes, and item releases to help inform clients.
  • Learn the prices and products to help assist clients.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Previous Sales Experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and drive sales from start to finish.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Management skills; Monitor and teach sales plan.
  • Strong business sense and knowledge within the gaming/esports industry.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Discord, Twitter, etc)
