Summary:

Our Marketing team is seeking a full-time, in-house Project Manager who has exceptional organizational, communication, time management, and technical skills. This person will be responsible for planning and executing web development projects that vary in scope, working closely with individuals across multiple teams, efficiently moving tasks to completion, maintaining project documentation, and organizing team events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, setting milestones and managing communication between departments and executives
  • Work closely with software engineers on technical processes and solutions
  • Problem solves as needed to manage dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Proactively identify project risks and conflicts, then work with management to resolve them
  • Break projects into doable actions and coordinate with the team regularly for status updates
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Analyze post-project launch statistics
  • Learn the product and build the capability to contribute to product improvement
  • Prepare documentation for processes and projects
  • Assist with department event planning and specific administrative duties
  • Adhere to established company standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management for software development teams
  • Experience with the software development life cycle
  • Experience with any coding language is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Adaptable and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or multiple projects
  • Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is a plus
  • Flexible with working overtime
  • Must display a friendly, courteous, outgoing personality and a helpful attitude toward the managers, employees, and the public
  • A positive “can-do” attitude is a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment balancing multiple priorities
