AFK Gaming is looking for a video script writer cum talent who is capable of sourcing, writing, narrating and presenting engaging content about a variety of esports titles in Hindi. In addition to game specific news and content, you must be able to follow and cover stories, opinion pieces and interviews around teams, tournaments and other creators that play these games.

The ability to break stories quickly while maintaining accuracy of the script is a must. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, is fluent in Hindi, follows the BGMI and Free Fire esports scenes closely and has an overview of the global esports industry.

Requirements (Compulsory):

• An understanding and knowledge of esports.
• A writing / speaking style that is crisp, concise and easy to understand.
• The ability to write scripts for videos on different platforms.
• The creativity and drive to come up with new story ideas – features, news, opinions, interviews and more.
• A journalistic mindset (prior experience in journalism is preferred)
• The judgement and experience to sort and select news, keeping in mind our existing audience as well as the target audience.
• The ability to speak confidently and clearly in Hindi on-camera.
• A work from home setup that allows you to record and upload audio and video content (some equipment will be provided).

Good to haves (Optional):

• Connections in the esports scene to enable access to exclusive interviews and content
• Prior experience managing video content teams and/or creating video content
