Role

We’re growing our sales team to drive new customer engagements and prospects. You will be responsible for delivering outbound sales generation – providing the sales team with high quality, pre-qualified, prospective customers from FMCG/CPG and related sectors. Think food & beverages, fashion, cosmetics, and other consumer consumables.

This SDR role holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. Representing our customers’ first interaction with AdInMo, you will make a great first impression to earn the right to qualify our leads and identify what the appropriate next steps should be.

The ideal SDR candidate will, along with having a track record of top performance, also have the organizational skills to handle a high lead flow and should have a strong interest in advancing their career in sales and business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify a large number of prospective customers that meet the current campaign criteria
  • Research and qualify each prospect
  • Identify key decision makers and make initial connections via email, phone, social networks, etc
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis, building deep relationship and understanding of our offering
  • Manage outbound sales data in our CRM
  • Work alongside the management team to ensure the sales strategy and process is aligned with and is delivering results in line with business targets

Skills and experience you should have:

  • 6+ months prior sales experience (within a marketing or ad-tech company is a plus)
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong business acumen
