Ader Talent is a Talent Management group representing leading Influencers, Creators and Players in Gaming. Ader Talent is a division of Ader Gaming, a leading gaming agency activating publishers, endemics and brands with gaming audiences.


  • Be the talent’s primary point-of-contact from Ader and be responsible for the management (planning, organizing) and execution (activating and analyzing) related to supporting their businesses, brand relationships, and personal well-being.
    • Develop an annual business plan and strategy using insights from the Talent’s interests, industry trends, market opportunity and Ader capability to define the revenue/partnership focus by Ader for the Talent.
    • In partnership with Revenue/Partnerships Lead, devise a proactive plan for monetization (revenue potential, partnership targets, competitive insights) for each individual Talent. Define clear, achievable opportunities to achieve Talent threshold. Provide steady feedback, support and communication to R/P Lead.
    • Be an advocate for each talent’s interests and needs amongst internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper prioritization and alignment of resources.
  • Responsible for campaign-end performance report creation, delivery, and presentation to clients for future optimization opportunities.
  • Track measurable growth in audience to inform strategy, campaign reporting and packages to partners.
    • Monitor and evaluate each talent’s performance, including for campaign reporting, social media promotions, giveaways, and other live streaming initiatives.
  • Thoroughly package and present brand and game developer opportunities to talent; facilitating feedback where necessary and appropriate.
  • Assist incorporating talent into RFP’s and fitting brand messaging/overview.
  • Support talent in anything and everything related to their careers with Ader such as creative capabilities and sourcing, financial and legal referencing.
  • Perform general research and talent tracking across the Twitch & YouTube ecosystems for new clients. Develop a scouting plan to thoughtfully grow your roster and the organization’s success.
  • Support relationships with professional esports organizations, partners, platforms, publishers, clients, and agencies with or on behalf of Talent.
  • Partner meaningfully with Ader teams (Analytics, Finance and Creative) to effectively manage the business plan. Manage day to day outreach and collaboration within Ader whether from sales, marketing, or account management. Contribute insights, industry information and market details to Business Development teams to support contract negotiations (agency, client, partner, platform).
  • Directly interface with Ader talent and their content platforms to better understand and serve their interests as creators and brands.
  • Campaign management consists of ideation, coordinating influencer schedules, providing checklists for all influencer needs, documenting of all content created, and drafting internal participation agreements and other legal documentation.
  • Responsible for campaign-end performance report creation, delivery, and presentation to clients for future optimization opportunities.
  • Provide a weekly based reporting on all tended tasks including call recaps, campaign management/status, and encountered issues/solutions.
  • Identify and plan PR ideas and concepts to promote Talent in structured ways. In consultation with Marketing and Director of Talent, organize talking points and media training for industry/media opportunities.
  • Coordinate approved plans for travel, performances, appearances or client meetings.
  • Identify, assess, and propose creative solutions to improving your talent’s quality of life and ability to manage opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven work experience at a talent agency, talent management, and/or Esports organization with influencers, players and creators.
  • Being able to network efficiently, meet new people, and building relationships with professionals in the field. Exceptional negotiating and social skills.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern entertainment industry business practices and talent management practices
  • Consultative disposition to socialize plans, communications and concepts with business management and accept/apply feedback.
  • Outstanding commercial awareness, confidence, drive, and initiative.
  • Client-service and client-first minded communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and writing contexts.
  • Independent work ethic.
  • Good judgement and critical thinking.
  • Thoughtful management of potentially adversarial situations with calm, tact and discretion.
  • Time management and organizational skills for prioritization/activation of highest impacting activities.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly experienced in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc).


  • Compensation may be adjusted to reflect experience.
  • Current status: remote work.
  • Los Angeles, CA, is headquarters for the company and preferred location. Exceptions may be considered.
