To that end, we are looking for a strategic Women’s Programs and Experience Manager to join our Blizzard team based in our Irvine, CA headquarters. This role requires a highly effective project manager who can take ownership of initiatives which includes - but is not limited to - growing employee participation in our mentorship program, successfully launching a new sponsorship program, managing the annual Blizzard Women’s Summit, managing applications for external DE&I awards and recognition, providing guidance to our Employee Networks, and partnering across several teams to ensure an inclusive culture and a positive employee experience at Blizzard.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand the drivers of inclusion and engagement, particularly for women in our employee population, and work collaboratively with the Blizzard DE&I Officer and others to proactively improve women’s inclusion and engagement

  • Partner with Leadership, Talent Marketing, HR, Communications, PR and other teams to build critical initiatives strengthening Blizzard’s reputation as an employer of choice for women. Ensure progress is communicated internally and externally

  • Create and successfully implement a plan to increase employee participation in our mentorship program

  • Lead all aspects of a new workplace sponsorship program to support employee representation, retention and advancement

  • Take ownership of the design and implementation of the annual Blizzard Women’s Summit, including determining success metrics, and orchestrating all aspects of a successful global employee event

  • Provide guidance, training and support to Blizzard’s Women’s Employee Network leadership. Ensure annual Network goals are set and aligned with DE&I strategy objectives

  • Leverage internal and external networks to support successful execution of Employee Network goals in collaboration with employees in the Employee Network

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Employee Network leaders seeking decision-escalation or administrative guidance

  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant DE&I program management experience

  • Strong DE&I subject-matter knowledge and sensitivity

  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate Employee Network best practices and drivers of their success

  • Extensive experience implementing programs and initiatives in a large, matrixed organization, with proven ability to increase employee engagement

  • Results-orientation; ability to own tasks and see them through to completion

  • Ability to build and communicate program goals, roadmaps, and timelines across project managers, business collaborators, and executive sponsors

  • Ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct authority

  • Ability to influence and drive action at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and build strong relationships with key collaborators to ensure initiatives are aligned

  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to tell stories, deliver compelling messages, and clearly articulate a strategy

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills

  • Experience successfully leading an Employee Network in a complex organization global organization is a plus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
