Are you the type of person who can work quickly to solve challenges? We are looking for you! We need a Project Manager to join the Activision Blizzard King Consumer Products Group. This team extends the ABK games to global licensed products and direct channel experiences through the online Gear Store, industry conventions and retail activations.
This position will work closely with the Product Development, Marketing and Retail teams to provide project management support through workflow scheduling, capacity planning and project status reporting. The ideal candidate has a professional project management background, is extremely detail oriented, and has experience working with digital asset sharing software. This position will report to the Director of Product Development.
Responsibilities
Create, track and maintain project schedules to ensure tasks are completed to required specifications and delivered on time
Collaborate with internal partners in defining project scope, gathering requirements and leading program kick-off meetings
Craft project documentation and executive level summaries to communicate
program status and percentage completion targets
Implement capacity planning program that defines available workforce bandwidth, tracks completion throughput and assists with new developer assignments
Work with Legal and Finance teams to procure partner Non-Disclosure Agreements, budget status reporting, contract approval routing, and purchase order fulfillment
Assist with workflow planning for creative resources to eliminate throughout obstacles, ensuring schedules are realistic and achievable
Maintain internal team status documents and project launch calendars via Wikis, Confluence, SharePoint, and Goggle Documents
Extensive PowerPoint presentation responsibilities. Singular ownership of Project
Management reports and significant contributions to Marketing, Partner
Collaboration, Retail and Creative PowerPoint documents
Requirements
4+ years of Project Management experience
Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Project and similar waterfall project
management software
Background in the Shot Grid project management program and Jira & Miro
platforms
A mastery of the PowerPoint program
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
Experience in the video games, franchise entertainment, or consumer
products industries
Ability to work and thrive in a creative environment, across multiple teams
Creativity and complex problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to be adaptable in a constantly evolving work environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
Pluses
PMP or other industry certification
Experience working with Data Access Management asset sharing platforms,
File Transfer Protocol programs and licensed submission approval tools
Experience with Confluence, Wiki, SharePoint and Goggle Documents
software platforms
Knowledge of Activision Blizzard King games and entertainment franchises
