Your Mission

As a Performance Management and Development Lead you will be responsible for supporting CoD talent’s success and achievement of growth, owning and driving a world-class performance management and development process – including goal setting, coaching, and measurement – in partnership with central COEs and HRBPs

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Own and drive the process:

Support the roll-out over multiple years of Activision’s newest PM process – supporting future changes even beyond the currently defined aspirational state – including communication, capability building, process management, and other change mechanisms

Drive the end-to-end, yearly performance management process on an ongoing basis, from goal setting through to reviews and developmental feedback

Serve as single point of contact for manager and talent questions

Help forecast and manage outcomes:

Both through qualitative means (e.g. network, ongoing dialogues) and quantitative means (e.g. analytics), help business understand critical patterns in performance management data, including common themes and forecasted outcomes; this could feed into and inform high-level strategic opportunities, direct management actions, and even individual –level development and interventions

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in strategic HR and/or organization consulting; in particular experience in a “pay for performance” organization
  • Experience managing complex projects with long-term timelines and success
  • Proven ability to work with numbers and data
  • Track record of positive engagement with business stakeholders at all levels and at scale
  • Rigorous problem structuring and problem-solving ability
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • MBA and/or advanced management or organizational science degree (preferred)
