Job Description:

The Manager, Marketing Personalization will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery, of improved marketing interactions with Activision’s players. This role will utilize best in class solutions and data-driven analysis to improve awareness, content engagement, conversion, and life-time value.

What You Get To Do

  • Develop digital audience targeting roadmaps to evolve the organization’s audience targeting capabilities
  • Lead and collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders on strategic roadmap, ideation, identification of segments, and alignment on marketing content and channels
  • Identify key points along the customer journey to reach out to the right customer to drive engagement and sales
  • Use methodologies such as: A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, display ad targeting, and messaging/creative optimization
  • Partner with analysts and data scientists to report and derive insights on which audiences to target, what points along the journey to target customers, and what messaging to deliver
  • Evaluate existing data collection and segmentation strategy to identify new opportunities for new audiences
  • Contribute to integration of data onboarding platforms, such as with LiveRamp, to unify multiple data sources and enable enriched audience segments for personalization
  • Work with development teams on technical architecture and development requirements to build and implement advanced campaigns and/or data integrations
  • Develop metrics to track performance of marketing personalization use cases

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Deep passion for crafting delightful marketing experiences
  • Strong business acumen, combined with a customer-centric approach in identifying, developing and enabling use cases that truly personalize the digital experience for customers and prospects
  • Highly effective cross-functional facilitator and collaborator with the ability to work independently and manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities
  • 3-5 years experience with a DMP tool (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, Neustar, etc.)
  • 3-5 years experience with a CDP tool (e.g. Segment, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, etc.)
  • Experience with identity and/or onboarding solutions such as LiveRamp or Neustar
  • Strong A/B testing experience on websites and/or apps
  • Experience with offline/online data integrations and resulting validation needs
  • Experience working within or with digital marketing teams
