Job Description:

This role supports the team through interpreting data and providing actionable insights on how to optimize performance. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand the impact of marketing efforts at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. You are a curious, technology-minded person with a passion for using data to inform decisions. Your ability to take large amounts of data, and build an informed perspective on how to improve the impact of marketing investments is critical to success in this role.

What You Get To Do

  • Partner across the business to support marketing programs and growth goals, report on performance, determine measurement approaches, produce insights, and set strategy for new challenges.
  • Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and help support the teams in developing strategic solutions
  • Proactively recommend ideas for optimization or improved efficiency & surface unexpected declines in performance.
  • Work closely across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Analytics to provide regular updates on effectiveness of all marketing channels on acquisition pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Design innovative reporting and dashboards that make it easy to understand marketing performance at a glance
  • Perform exploratory analyses; extract, package and present recommendations to key stakeholders to inform marketing decisions
  • Optimize audience targeting (behavioral, psychographic, and predictive models) to drive higher marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition and retention
  • Drive substantial gains across the marketing funnel metrics - from awareness, engagement, game install, purchase, retention, and cross-sell/upsell

What You Bring To The Role

  • 5+ years experience as a Business/Marketing Analyst in a direct to consumer environment
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing team members, generating ideas/recommendations that combine analytical, marketing and business thinking
  • Intuitive and creative mindset to brainstorm and execute new experiments and campaigns based on a data-driven approach
  • Experience querying data warehouses (SQL), analyzing data, and arriving at insights using qualitative techniques
  • Experience with marketing analytics solutions (DMP, CDP, Sprinklr, Web Analytics Platforms, MMM, MTA, Ad Platform Reporting, etc.)
  • Proficient in Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with experiment design, and A/B test analysis across multiple KPIs
  • Superior teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
