Your Mission

As a Functional Tester you will perform end to end testing of the Player Support products that are developed for our players as well as our internal users. You will detail and implement test cases to ensure delivery of the products in an agile environment.

Through the use of testing tools you will perform automation testing, while performing manual testing of the non-automated functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Review requirements to document manual and automation test cases to implement both regression and new functionality

  • Collaborate with the Player Support application development team in troubleshooting issues and retesting bug fixes before and after the deployment of new Player Support features

  • Share the testing status to the Player Support team through daily reports

  • Assist with the training and walkthrough of new Player Support features to internal users within the team

  • Assist fellow testers within the Player Support team to build and implement automation test cases through knowledge sharing

  • Participate in special projects as assigned or required.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of software test experience including test planning, test execution, and test maintenance in an agile environment

  • 1-2 years of automation test experience and creation of reusable function libraries using Selenium Web Driver and Java programming

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment dealing with change

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in setup and implementation of Selenium Tools on web applications

  • Experience working in a gaming industry and/or customer service, preferably in a contact center or business environment

  • Knowledge in security testing, performance testing or api testing is a plus
