Your Mission

*Please note, this is a temporary role for approx. 6 months

Program manage global organizational development initiatives across the enterprise, including:

The Enterprise-Wide Talent Planning Program:

  • Program manage the enterprise-wide plan (across Activision, Blizzard, and King), ensuring alignment between our organizational philosophy on talent with the system and process to gather the data
  • Act as the primary contact and support in interfacing with key stakeholders/client groups (e.g. HR Business Partners)
  • Work closely with VP, Talent & OD to facilitate the roll up of talent data to the executive level
  • The Activision Performance Management Program:
  • Implement the year-end performance review process, managing the configuration and rollout of the performance review templates across studios and corporate
  • Roll out the communication strategy that reinforces Activision’s performance management philosophy
  • Support training and resources for employees and managers
  • The Blizzard Performance Management Program:
  • Support the roll out of the Feedback Campaign via communications and marketing assets
  • Support the year-end performance review process, refining communications, and training for Blizzard managers and employees

Player Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading or implementing organizational development processes and programs within an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Ability to travel 10-15% to offices in Irvine, CA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development methodologies and philosophies
  • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong service orientation, social interaction skills, and self-confidence
  • Advanced individual contributor – ability to work independently with little direction
  • Pluses: Advanced degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, industrial organizational psychology, or related field
