Your Mission

The Treasury Sr. Analyst will play a key role in the treasury department leading and supporting global Treasury activities. The Treasury department manages the Company’s cash, investments, and financial risk exposures through a global network of financial institutions. The Treasury Sr. Analyst will be responsible for global cash management activities including: debt, investments, internal and external reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, external regulations and local banking requirements. The Treasury Sr. Analyst will have extensive interaction with internal partners (tax, legal, accounting, IT, business segments) and external partners (including relationship banks) across a variety of treasury activities. The Treasury Sr. Analyst will continually seek to build efficiencies and improve Treasury processes, procedures, management reporting, and Treasury workstation capabilities to help build a world class treasury infrastructure to support the Company’s growth.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:

  • Manage daily global liquidity including execution of investments, debt administration, and intercompany activities.

  • Lead the investment strategy and recommendation of new investment products.

  • Lead dividend, capitalization, and repatriation activities for Treasury

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting results (investment compliance, Capital Committee, CFO Review, and adhoc requests)

  • Serve as Treasury liaison to business units/partners; ensure business needs are met and advise on Treasury related/impacted processes.

  • Recommend and implement process and reporting improvements; maintain process documentation and support business continuity planning

  • Support deployment of additional Kyriba (Treasury workstation) functionality and bank account/bank portal administration.

  • Support foreign exchange execution and management of bank guarantees/letters of credit

  • Works closely with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, and business teams

Player Profile

  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

  • Strong experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and other Office applications; excel macro experience a plus

  • Experience with a treasury management system (Kyriba certified a plus)

  • Experience with Oracle is a plus

  • Experience with online banking portals and investment portals, preferably as a system administrator or super-user

  • Prior experience working in a corporate treasury department at a multinational company with extensive international investment/banking infrastructure

  • 5 plus years of proven experience in Treasury operations

  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
