Your Mission

  • Assess current state and recommend a future state program enabled by technology and designed to meet all business objectives

  • Lead vendor selection initiative to ensure we have the right recruitment partners embedded in the operating model

  • Gather business requirements and develop end to end processes and procedures that are designed for efficiency, visibility, compliance and a great experience for our workforce

  • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure strong performance and adherence to company policies

  • Design reports to audit data and increase visibility into company-wide recruiting activity

  • Act as central contact and point of escalation for internal stakeholders in the process

  • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure strong performance and adherence to company policies

  • Create, deliver and maintain training and resources related to program and policies

  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Player Profile

  • Experience leading Recruitment Vendor Management at a global company

  • Experience building or significantly transforming an end to end Recruitment Vendor Management program

  • Primary business contact and point of escalation for recruitment agencies and internal teams including HR, IT, Finance and Legal

  • Implemented new policy and process changes with strong change management best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high number of priorities and drive multiple projects simultaneously

  • Able to thrive and operate independently in an ever-changing environment

  • Strong problem-solving, analytics skills and a business mindset

  • Data guru with expert Excel skills and experience with building/running reports and analyzing and manipulating data

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to succinctly convey messages to varying audiences

  • Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions

  • BA or BS required
