Your Mission

The Associate Counsel, EMEA Investigations will be a member of Activision Blizzard’s Ethics & Compliance team, which supports the Company’s commitment to an inclusive, safe, inspiring, and equitable culture that is respectful to all. This role is a unique opportunity that combines conducting and overseeing internal investigations with work enhancing the Company’s risk management functions. It is an ideal role for a junior lawyer in their first 5 years of practice looking to move into an in-house function.

In this role, you will ensure that concerns raised by our employees, business partners, and third parties are thoroughly investigated and appropriately remediated, and will help analyze investigation trends and data to advise the Company on potential emerging risks. To that end, you will help conduct internal investigations into a broad array of compliance and employment-related issues, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest matters, as well as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation allegations. This role will focus on investigations in Europe and Australia, though you may also be called on to assist on matters in North America, South America, and Asia as needed.

The Associate Counsel, EMEA Investigations will report to the Associate Director, EMEA Investigations. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days per week in our London office.
