Responsibilities:

  • Planning and improvement of Service Warranty Programs, and Service Provider Partnerships.
  • Responsible for managing world-wide outsourced service providers for designed warranty programs
  • Responsible for interacting with world-wide customers of value-added-Distributors, System-Integrators, to provide after-sales service supports, and issues recovery.
  • Responsible for working with ODM/Suppliers for warranty Programs Terms-Conditions, defining orderable spare parts and relate ordering information.

Work experience:

  • 5~10 years of relevant work experiences in Warranty, Spare Planning, RMA operations, Call-center, on-site service supports, product reverse-engineering process.
  • Experience in Service Operations, Warranty Planning & Managing Service Providers,
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or related field.
  • Fluent in English. Able to work with overseas people in English.
