Solution Sales builds and maintains strategic and effective relationships with domestic and/or international customers. This position creates, grows and enhances its business level through solution integrators and channel partners while expanding our market share. This role provides comprehensive sales and solution/product support services to external customers and collaborates internally with the supply chain and management teams to perform multiple tasks.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Promote solution sales and service; negotiate sales and service agreements with customers. Follow-up by potential customers can generate more and more customer sales.
  • Manage inventory requirements, sales forecasts, solution demonstrations and all customer training programs.
  • Manage the development of sales and customer service relationships.
  • Effectively communicate information about sales plans, customer needs, product performance, training programs and similar issues. Interact with resellers and solution/product support staff to handle customer issues and/or coordinate on-site joint sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales account strategies; calculate sales forecasts and profitability scenarios.

Required

  • Education: Bachelor degree in business management, marketing or related fields.
  • Experience: At least three to five years of IT business development, sales experience both to channels and enterprise users.

Preferred:

International sales experience is a plus.
