Planet9 is a next-gen eSports platform, our goal is to help gamers to team up and skill up by all means. We are seeking a talented, passionate and driven Program Manager to plan, drive and management the planet9 platform activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing program strategy, in-platform marketing activities, tracking and reporting program performance, and synthesizing new customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the operation strategy and planet9 in-platform marketing activities
- Develop supporting program materials including; how the activity works, the benefits for internal and external customers, and how to get started
- Plan and regularly update planet9 content
- Interface with internal teams to understand their feature and support on-boarding
- Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize new features based on customer feedback
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical and business management related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience in project, program management, and/or digital marketing role
- Experience with platforms management
- Experience and data visualization tooling
Preferred qualifications
- Passion for video games or eSports activities
- Experience working across multi-region teams
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes listening skills, concise communications and targeting the message to specific audience
- Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters

- Proven problem-solving skills
