As a member of the Brand Licensing team, the individual will be responsible for helping develop Acer’s brand licensing business which will cover a wide range of licensed products across Acer’s various brands.

The ideal candidate is a flexible, self-starter who can support all levels of the licensing business—from identifying licensing opportunities, to the on-boarding and management of licensees, to operational duties such as approvals, audits and reporting.

Specific duties include:

  • Compile market research and opportunity analysis for potential categories, manufacturers, competitors, etc.
  • Identify potential licensing opportunities. Engage and sign-up new licensees.
  • Ensure success of each licensee through on-going management, supporting their business needs and assisting them in executing their growth plans
  • Ensure brand and quality standards are maintained with each licensee through product approvals and audits
  • Negotiate contracts, extensions, amendments and renewals
  • Drive licensing portfolio revenue, provide reporting and updates to management
  • Present to both internal and external audiences

Work experience:

  • 5-10 years Brand Licensing or partner management experience

Education:

  • MBA preferred
