The global Acer brand team is looking for a social media expert to join us in bringing the Acer brand to the next level!

  • Implement & evolve the global social media strategy for the Acer brand.
  • Plan content and social calendar, and co-work with regional & local offices for implementation.
  • Work with external and internal partners to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage Acer’s global social media handles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube – sometimes hands-on, but mostly in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Establish relationships with partners and key influencers.
  • Closely co-work with IMC, product marketing and other brand’s teams on multi-channel, multi-brand campaign development and execution.
  • Closely co-work with functional lead and social media peers for global social media strategy & guideline development, tool selection, customer care and launch events.
  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Sprinklr.
  • Act as contact point for escalations of social customer care issues.
  • Directly reports to the Acer brand head, with dotted reporting line to the social media lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field of work. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English
  • Intercultural competence
  • Ability to multitask, and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong project management skills to drive on-time delivery
