We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a diverse range of consumer initiatives within the EMEA Marketing Organization. The Digital Marketing Specialist is playing a supporting role working closely with global, regional and local country marketing organizations. The role will be responsible to provide operational support for all activities related to brand and product communication.

Your responsibilities will be around these four areas:
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Traffic management between global HQ and countries to coordinate the execution of global media campaigns (media buy managed by global media agency), including country briefing, alignment with alliance team and POE reporting
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaboration with different stakeholders such as EMEA Marketing team and product management to align on brand, messaging, partner integration to ensure proper time-to-market of campaign and brand product communication plans
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Influencer Program Coordination
- Coordination of a centrally funded EMEA Influencer program with countries including local country plan approval against EMEA strategy/KPIs, follow-up on executions and providing status reports
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
Social Media
- Experience in building, planning and executing an EMEA social media strategy including content creation and amplification strategies
- Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation and affinity for the Acer brands
- Work closely and collaboratively across marketing to champion digital and social-first ideas and execute activations, events and strategies
- Reporting on the impact that social output is delivering, and making recommendations on how it might be optimized
General Tasks & Administration
- Development of regular executive reports and status updates
- Involvement in cross-functional team campaigns on a project basis
- Support in administrative tasks such a preparing presentations
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies (i.e. new ad formats or channels)
