Role:

  • Proactively monitor eCommerce & Web platform for changes in customer purchases and communicate these insights with commercial thinking to drive change.
  • Collaborate with IT, WEB, CRM, and Business teams to develop best-in-class ecommerce solutions from demand generation to checkout.
  • Partner with Market Insight team to cultivate a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers in order to identify new digital optimization opportunities
  • Develop reports and dashboards by pulling and aggregating data to deliver a steady stream of reporting and analytics that support store objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead ad-hoc analytics projects that measure different Web & eCommerce activities, including multi-variant and A/B tests, or post-test analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of eCommerce/digital data analytics experience reporting into an eCommerce/web department
  • Bachelor’s degree in in the fields of Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics or related quantitative discipline. Advanced quantitative degree a bonus.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics and associated tools. (Google Analytics 360, SQL, Magento, Excel, Python-related toolkits)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, and a proven track record in driving tangible results and actionable plans.
  • Solid awareness and understanding of optimization best practice, digital trends and ability to leverage new conversion tools as they become available
