  • Full P&L responsibility and grow the existing E-Commerce markets while expanding into new markets
  • Responsible for building and executing a differentiated strategy based upon customer insights, product category needs and digital capabilities
  • Ensure that the eStore delivers a premium experience that strengthens the brand and delivers against transformation goals
  • Collaborate with corporate IT and Marketing as well as other cross-functional teams to deliver next generation capabilities and roadmap
  • Deliver and exceed the growth objectives and the overall direct business across product categories
  • Lead development of online merchandising strategies to drive engagement and commerce

Requirements:

  • Significant online marketing experience with a major, transactional E-Commerce Web site
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in digital management role with responsibilities including managing large scale projects, and launching new products
  • Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool such as Google Analytics 360 is desired
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L for an E-commerce site
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • A visionary who is always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in Web Marketing and in E-Commerce
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders on all levels and agencies as well as identifying opportunities and managing issues.
  • Successful track record of driving strategic multi-functional projects and programs through execution
