Business Manager (BM) is the sales contact for Regional Office at headquarters, who aims to maximize and facilitate business via driving Region/Countries to align HQ product strategy and business direction, integrating internal resources across function teams to fulfill business needs in terms of product, price, and demand/supply. The BM also acts as the advocate for the regional office at the headquarters and in parallel represents the headquarters in all business communication.

  • Product: Display (Monitor, Digital Signage and Projector).
  • Major contact window of Acer worldwide regions for brand and business management on Digital Display product.
  • Implement global product strategy and launch plan into regional execution.
  • Communicate product roadmap, product portfolio management and cycle planning to drive better business performance in sales.
  • Demand management and planning for regional business.
  • Facilitate business and fulfill regional requests/needs by coordinating across HQ function teams.
  • Perform market/industry analysis for adapting business to dynamic competition.

Required

  • Experience: At least 2 year experience in International Sales, Business Development, Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Soft skills/ Personality: Problem-solving capability, communication and coordination skill, proactive and integrative thinking, enthusiastic.
  • Language: Excellent business communication skills in English writing and presentation.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.

Preferred

  • Experience in IT industry.
  • Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing or Technical field of study.
