You will help fellow Planet9 colleagues to better perform planning, marketing, execution and growth — all through your passion and the savvy magic of analysis. Not only do you provide invaluable input, but you also devise new ways for us to communicate with potential leads and help them migrate to the Planet9. Your insight means you excel at customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention. You combine clean communication with strong analytical skills and a solid commitment to providing customers and colleagues with a great experience. You also peer into the future for us; you examine and analyze statistical data to forecast marketing trends and to identify potential new markets for Planet9.

You will be responsible for driving the strategic and day-to-day efforts to capture Business Intelligence and to provide meaningful analytics and actionable insights to progress growth goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in social media and content marketing in a startups settings.
  • Experience in marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Technology, or Management Consulting.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in planning at both the strategic and operational level at startup.
  • Experience in a fast-pace environment and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and related social media marketing tool
  • Robust analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to influence business leadership across functions
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry landscape and ecosystem, especially tournament host, gamer publisher, sponsor, and eSports team.
