We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant at 50% in one of our EMEA entity based in Bioggio, Switzerland, who will be responsible of the (regional) finance activities, such as AP bookings, e-finance entries, processing bank statements and other financial activities (payroll, GL, Accruals) continue in the most efficient way, as per the standards set in the EMEA Compliance team.

You will be responsible of:

  • AP processing and management oin our E-Finance systems
  • Preparation of payment proposals for our international entity markets
  • Processing bank statements and (manage) bank reconsiliations of approx. 20 bank accounts
  • Month End Closing tasks (PO/AP/intercompany recons)
  • VAT NL and CH preparations and application (including intrastate reporting)
  • VAT preparation NL and CH, Instrastat reporting
  • Preparing sales declarations for insurer

You are:

  • an accountant with proven track record of 2-5 years of AP Accountant experience, preferably with background in an international company
  • love planning and organizing your job
  • comfortable working with details
  • like to be part of an internaional team and be of support of team members when needed
  • speak English fluently (written and spoken)
  • have good MS Office skills (excel/word/power point)
  • familiar with ERP (preferable Oracle)
  • have valid Swiss working permit
