For our new IP, we're looking for an Art Director who will be instrumental in the artistic style of the project. The AD will participate in defining the art’s direction and guiding the creation of art content accordingly. You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Art team, including Concept Artists, 3D Artists, and many more! The AD's people management skills will keep the team morale healthy whilst creating a world that no one has ever seen before.


  • At least 6 years of creative leadership experience.

  • Strong team and people management skills.

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a AAA development environment.

  • Strong illustration and concept skills.

  • Exceptional understanding of creating intended emotional responses by form, color, light, structure, silhouette, and composition.

  • Created a visual style guide for a game (put together mood boards, references, and descriptions).

  • Ability to take feedback and adapt to it.

  • Good understanding of 3D art pipelines and technical constraints related to different game engines.

  • Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-departmental communication skills in English.

  • Participated in recruitment processes to build an Art team and foster its growth.

  • Good knowledge of the video games market.

  • Passion for game art.

  • Directed the development of out-of-game artwork such as key art and marketing assets.

  • Shipped at least 2 games, preferably with 1 game being AAA and on a next generation console.


  • Extensive knowledge of Maya/Max/Modo, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Baking Tools.

  • Understanding of art fundamentals and artistic culture.

  • Interest in new technologies and advancements in the gaming industry and willingness to push the envelope.

  • Able to organize the Art team’s processes and asset production.
