Producer responsibilities span the life of our products and services including collaborating with business stakeholders, defining the product/service vision, creating and communicating a successful design, tracking the content pipelines, managing the release, establishing the product or service’s identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the customer/partner community. Responsibilities

Own tasks independently & work through ambiguity
Identify possible approaches and attributes to content to make content distinct, competitive, and appealing to the customer.
Create design options for content and feature areas.
Apply experience as well as technical, functional and customer/partner knowledge to help define the content or feature’s role in the overall product.
Manage and track content pipelines using our tools.
Work with multiple disciplines including programmers, designers, artists, animators, audio designers and more to create compelling and authentic gameplay and experiences.
Drive the content development process, with stakeholders, to ensure alignment to overall content strategy, solve problems and mitigate risk.
Coordinate with external teams and partners and manage dependencies.
Plan schedules, manage backlogs and create and distribute Project status updates.
Facilitate feedback loops through rapid iteration cycles.
Drive the process to develop tools and materials that will be used to drive education and adoption.
Use your understanding of the engineering lifecycle and previous shipping experiences to advocate for improvements.
Participate in design, test planning and reviews and share best practices across the team.
Identify feature-level dependencies for content and help to establish milestone release criteria.
Demonstrates a strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices for content or feature area.
Collaborates across disciplines and ensures that the right people with the right knowledge and expertise are involved.
Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and demonstrate an ability to resolve conflict.
Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness.
Ensure the highest level of quality by identifying unaddressed issues and resolve or escalate to the appropriate owner.
Use and understand the product/ service and discover ways to improve it.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

3+ years relevant experience
Proficiency with Visual Studio Team Services, or similar bug database tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software– Outlook, Excel, and Project
Deep familiarity with Halo products and services.
Bonus skills (not required)
Prior tool experience with Confluence, Cumulus or Resource Space.
Understanding of modern and emerging gaming trends and entertainment culture.
Art tool knowledge (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Basic 3D tool knowledgebase (Max, Maya, Zbrush)
