Summary:

To support and manage the creation of ratings assets for all Age rating boards for all of 2K game titles in development. Working with production, development teams, Legal, and Age Rating Specialist around the globe! All candidates will need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong communication, scheduling, and relationship-building skills. The role requires managing multiple pipeline projects that we have.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all age rating materials required for Global Age rating submissions for all of 2K’s titles are built in time.
  • Prepare the age rating materials for allocated titles, working closely with the Production team, the Age Rating Video Editors, and the in-territory Age Rating Specialists.
  • Plan the work back schedules in collaboration with Production, QA, and the Local in-territory Age Rating Specialists.
  • Coordinate the submissions to the in-territory Rating Specialists.
  • Provide a status overview for allocated titles.
  • Manage the Global Age Rating team.
  • Act as an Age rating consultant to the Production and Development teams during development to ensure the content is aligned with the required age rating. Analyze risks and make recommendations.
  • Be an age rating expert, able to identify potential contentious content for all age rating boards.
  • Liaise with the Age Rating Specialist globally to ensure the team has the most up-to-date Age Rating policies.
  • Ensure good internal communication channel of any changes in Age Rating regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Direct experience of Global Age Rating submission requirements and processes.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Experienced with video capture hardware/software and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), time, and project management skills.
  • Experience building and managing relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience managing, mitigating, and resolving risks.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Technically proficient with PCs and gaming consoles.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at one time.

  • Adept at building relationships throughout the organization.
  • Excellent time leadership skills.
  • Ability to self-prioritize effectively, to ensure key items are delivered to meet immediate project needs.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate risks and obstacles to project owners, as well as to upper management.
