Overview

Lead the QA Submissions team in performing Code and Meta-Data submissions to first-party groups. Coordinate with and support core teams with submission scheduling, planning, process, and execution. Communicate and coordinate with first-party account contacts regarding our current and upcoming catalog of titles. Reports to a QA Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work in and navigate various First Party portals and systems
  • Review project deliveries to ensure they meet First Party requirements
  • Drive the setup and coordination of game code and metadata submissions delivered to First Party
  • Assist in keeping documentation and checklists up to date
  • Coordinate with counterparts in other studios on code and metadata needs and status updates
  • Track schedules and deadlines for all project submissions
  • Communicate with First Party and other external groups as it pertains to submission materials, guidelines, requirements, questions, and timelines
  • Train and develop team members on submission processes and assist in auditing work to ensure accuracy and comprehension
  • Delegate tasks to team members and track progression
  • Take point on communication as a trusted and knowledgeable resource for submissions and QA
  • Assist in project planning to help guide successful title releases

Knowledge And Skills

  • Advanced MS Office suite, Google suite and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication etiquette in English

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Desirable experience of 3+ years with processes and procedures related to video game production
  • Experience with team development
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms (C1 or higher)
