What We Need

2K has been a major console and PC game publisher for several console generations and is known for bringing amazing IP to the market. As our games get bigger and more complex, we are growing our marketing technology group. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Project Manager who will be responsible for crunching data, translating that information into digestible reports, creating dashboards, and giving actionable data and insights to our development team.

Reporting into the Director, Marketing Technology the contractor will utilise their technical knowledge and take responsibility for marketing reporting for the Marketing Technology team. The focus will be on a broad range of marketing technology, focused on the three pillars of marketing reporting, operational technology and marketing automation.

What You Will Do

Working closely with various marketing teams to help determine what is needed to drive marketing reporting projects to completion. Responsible for coordinating the customer requirements, functional analysts and developers. You will be working across the following Pillars & Sub-Pillars:

What Skills Are Needed

We’re looking for a senior manager who is eager to mine data for insights, someone who is hypothesis driven and an experienced user of data-driven techniques to test the hypotheses rigorously. The ideal candidate must be able to see the underlying story in the data and develop a compelling communication to the business. It is important that you are solution oriented, a creative problem solver and self-starter with passion and enthusiasm to drive the results for meaningful changes.

  • B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Sciences (or in another quantitative discipline)
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing reporting & analytics
  • Expert in relational databases, and proficient with SQL or other querying language
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or other similar visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of working across all levels of the organisation
