What We Need

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing product strategy for upcoming mobile titles, including product and business strategy, synthesizing large amounts of data to understand business drivers and enable decision making, new product innovation roadmap & Go-to-Market execution, communications, & ongoing development of product marketing programs to support business goals. Product Marketing Manager will support the mobile marketing director, be involved in ongoing business management/development of product marketing programs to support the business.

What You Will Do

  • Develop sharply focused human insights-driven creative briefs and deliver inspiring creative briefings
  • Build Go-to-market framework, hold all teams responsible to execute GTM plan
  • Partner with in-house agencies, designers and outside resources to develop branded solutions serving as the central stakeholder that drives both the creative process as well as the internal team management and communications.
  • Deliver on-time marketing assets across multiple channels
  • Partner and collaborate with game products, producers and business development to meet marketing requirements in each game milestone
  • Manage ASO testing strategy, execute ASO testing plan
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PR, product, and policy stakeholders) to create integrated marketing moments as well as an overall communication strategy to successfully help sustain a long-term brand strategy
  • Ensure we have a holistic view of marketing plans across different mobile titles, including but not limited to development of Integrated Marketing calendars

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience in campaign development and working with agencies and designers
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and translating those strategies into business plans (P&L, budget, creative production, media scope, etc)
  • Integrated Marketing experience including paid, owned and organic channels
  • Experience in utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions
  • Experience in distilling complex hypothesis into actionable briefs
  • Experience in the project management field.
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in mobile marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in launching 4x mobile game
  • Experience in working with creative agencies
  • Experience in collaborating with dynamic and matrixes organizations
  • Self-starter, and experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • International marketing experience
