What We Need

2K has been a major console and PC game publisher for several console generations and is known for bringing amazing IP to the market. As our games get bigger and more complex, we are growing our marketing technology group. The Marketing Technology Product Team delivers and deploys marketing technology solutions across 2k that provide measurable, actionable data to our business teams.

What You Will Do

  • Gather business requirements, create user stories, and manage JIRA sprint roadmap
  • Lead Marketing Technology projects to ensure they are executed in an effective manner
  • Fully own projects simultaneously from scoping to completion
  • Work with Marketing, Functional Analysts, and Engineering and provide cross-functional support
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and Sprint Planning sessions
  • Solve project blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate project timelines to management and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand the intersection between Marketing Technology and Legal. Taking ownership and ensuring that all projects are legally compliant.

What Skills Are Needed

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Ad Tech or Marketing Technology field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Product Management or leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience working within the product development life cycle either in or alongside Product Management teams
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Understanding of performance marketing processes and technology capabilities around Customer Journey, Conversion Measurement, Customer Data Management, and Compliance
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA and how they impact MarTech projects
  • Familiarity with SQL and the ability to run queries to test theories
  • Highly organized and self sufficient with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with senior management and navigating technical conversations
  • Although technically not a “skill”, you will need to be comfortable working 10am-6:30pm to enable greater connection with your US HQ.
