What We Need
We are looking for a top tier CRM Coordinator with a balanced focus on project execution and technical know-how. This newly created position will support all brands across the entire 2K catalog and will be responsible for coordinating and executing global CRM campaigns. We are seeking a candidate with strong project management skills, tenacious attention to detail, and a passion for organizing data to support personalized customer experiences.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns, including: brief & asset coordination, stakeholder approvals, QA & newsletter deployment.
- Own the translation and localization process of newsletter content across multiple languages.
- Manage, enforce, and improve pipeline for any and all content to be incorporated into each newsletter, including Asana task creation and tracking down key resources.
- Attend weekly cross-functional meetings.
- Support in conceptualization, production, and deployment of customer relationship emails such as welcome emails, transactional communications, user research surveys, and other one-off and automated emails.
- Assist in the creation of SalesForce Data Filters and Data Extensions to support CRM strategic planning and newsletter deployment.
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit
- 2-3 years project management experience in gaming, sports/entertainment, and/or retail organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Confluence, Workfront and Slack.
- Proficiency with SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
- Efficient time management and prioritization skills.
- Assertive in troubleshooting / problem solving situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to execute campaigns in a methodical way.
- Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), basic web-based protocols (FTP, HTML) and communication tools (Slack, Skype, etc.).
- Nice to have: Basic SQL skill and knowledge in privacy regulations (i.e. GDPR).
